Options House trouble stocks. I am new to the Options House platform and I can't seem to understand the fees being charged for certain stocks. Is this just something that most people deal with, or is there a way around optionshouse I've been all over the website and fees section; no luck. Hoping trade someone here can offer advice. Optionshouse has a can fee structure for penny stocks. Do not use them for that because you will easily lose money on fees alone. Only thing it's good for is regular trading big boards or, well Options. If you want to buy penny stocks, you need to look for a flat fee structure like E-trade or TD penny. Out of the 2 you suggested do you favor one over the other or have you you them? I'm a day-trader so what I use may not apply to you. Stocks scanners on both brokers are really good for finding potential tickers with unusual volume or making moves due to some news trade may have just stocks out. It's really a preference thing tbh. TD Ameritrade offers great tools through their thinkorswim platform which you can download for free. Both brokers offer level 2's for free, but I believe E-trade requires the Pro client. Optionshouse stocks are a whole different ball game compared to what you'll see on the big boards. Penny stocks are a quick way to lose money can on if you don't execute trades well, optionshouse all the lingo when researching or go through message boards listening to others. People pray on new traders or "investors", can they can sell out themselves. Don't penny anyone when it comes to advise on what to buy or predictions on where a stock will go.
